Arbtr is a decision management platform that enables engineering teams to document, track, and visualize architectural decisions. The Service includes features such as:
- Decision dependency graph visualization
- AI-powered extraction from unstructured text
- Strategic linting and conflict detection
- Executive briefing generation
- Integration with third-party services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination by contacting our support team.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
